My kids bought a gift certificate for like 5 massages. I had one right away and then life got in the way and I forgot that I had them. when I called she said they expired. That’s about 400.00 they are taking for no service? I can’t imagine it would be that hard to keep a record of gift certificates. The worst part is when I told her I wouldn’t be back there, she hung up on me. Now I can’t have a massage and I get to feel guilty that my kids wasted their money.
