So for the good of friends and neighbors. I have went to the Health & Beauty Spa at least a dozen times. The quality of relaxation is very high at an affordable price. They have a great 15 minute back and 45 minute leg message for about $45 bucks. Then they have various massages from $60 up.

I have been telling everyone about this place. Perhaps I shouldn’t… so I can keep the magic all to myself! lol I had an amazing Foot massage from a really talented masseuse. For the price it is worth it to get this instead of a pedicure. I felt relaxed and pampered. The staff was so polite and seemed really grateful for the business. I am addicted!!!!

Too much talking and laughing amongst workers. “Massaged” same area on both feet for almost the entire allotted foot time. Clearly not trained in massage therapy. I feel like I have a “rug burn” on my back from pressure applied through my clothing. Practically begging for a tip when I went up to register to pay. I probably won’t be back.

They made me very uncomfortable. At the checking, the therapist asked for AT LEAST $10 tips for a $35 service. Seriously, the lady emphasized three times: “At our place, you should give AT LEAST, AT LEAST $10 tips, that’s the MINIMUM.” I am okay giving tips but being requested in that rude way? Also, they charge you additional $3 as a convenience fee if you want to use your credit card. What’s more, they advertised that they have $10 discount, but that’s only for expensive options, you do not get that discount for basic options. In my case, they don’t care about their customer’s feeling and experience at all, all they care about is money.
