Looks like other location does not have website, not sure if the company will see this, sorry Houston location. I purchased a massage chair on December of 2020, only 13months, and it is not working smoothly. Spend $4000 to purchase a low quality product. Speaking of warranty. One year of labor and three years for part. After one year, the customer have to spend another $350 for labor charge. Wow. AND, the shoulder airbags are useless, it is way to wide for human and none of my family can’t feel the pressure from it. The cost of your product is to high. I will NOT recommend Health and Wellness factory to other people, only if you want to spend $4000 for a lesson and like low quality product.

They have a wide variety of health and wellness goods, including massage chairs, neck and back massagers, home fitness equipment and even beauty products. I love stopping by once in a while to check out new products for my stiff neck and shoulders, and poor posture. They are my stress reliever.
