Recently, I’d been experiencing tension in my upper back from doing yard work, as well as weather-related on-and-off migraines, which prompted me to schedule an appointment with Health Through Hands (plus the fact that I’d never gotten a massage before, and wanted to treat myself to one for some time). I’d heard about the massage therapist, Julia, from my mother-in-law, and booked my appointment with her. The staff was very friendly when I scheduled my appointment, and provided helpful answers to my many “first-timer” questions.
