This is my go to massage place in Napa. By booking a spa service, you are able to avail of their other amenities like the Fitness gym and the pool. The locker room is clean, neat and well stocked. I love the stream sauna. The spa has a quiet room overlooking a peaceful garden while waiting for your massage therapist to call you. They used to offer teas before but now only water. The massage rooms are spacious.

I went to see Cynthia for a facial and it was the BEST facial I had ever received. Cynthia takes time to go over your skin type and any skin issues you may have. From there she will customize your facial based on what you treatment you selected. My skin was glowing all day yesterday and has continued to glow today. I HIGHLY recommend getting a facial with Cynthia. Also book soon because she does fill up!

I had to tell my massage therapist several times to limit her pressure. The staff was snotty and rude. Not relaxing because of all the sweaty bodies working out at the gym. Don’t bother ordering food at the pool. Takes way too long. Service basically sucked. What should have been a relaxing day turned out to be rushed and uncomfortable. Also way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and find a new spa.

I celebrated my birthday here with several of my girlfriends and had a wonderful day! We had a private space that was decorated beautifully and they arranged food and beverages for us to enjoy. The Eucalyptus sauna and hot stone massage left me totally relaxed. Some of my friends are already talking about planning a special day there themselves.

I have been coming here for over 10 years now, it is my favorite go-to spa spot. I’ve always had top notch massages here, and the eucalyptus steam room is reason alone to come here! Perfect location – several restaurants nearby, as well as downton St. Helena within a 5 minute walk. Love this place!

I had a taste of this Health Spa when I celebrated my birthday a few years back. From this experience, I have decided to lock the Inn at Southbridge as my host hotel for our upcoming wedding celebration, and have reserved the Health Spa Napa Valley as my go-to getaway for all relaxation needs prior to the big day!! I am excited to escape to this day spa resort as it is inclusive and encompassing of all the day spa essentials – a fitness center, pool and amenities, on site food accommodations from the acclaimed pizzeria, Tra Vigne, and a variety of luxury spa services and treatments. It is the place to be if you need to relax, rejuvenate, and restore!! Can’t wait to go back! 🙂
