I love getting massages here, because you can just walk in anytime and let them know how many minutes you want. I haven’t ever requested a specific type of massage; I just lay down and let them intuitively work on my back. I notice the massage therapists here will switch off throughout the course of an hour massage, because I think some of them are able to apply more pressure when needed. I enjoy the teamwork approach, and they are always very kind and try their best to make you comfortable! I have seen the same therapists working there for over a year now. My job used to be by the Auburn Mall, and I would see them just work non-stop every day. They deserve generous tips, and I hope they are paid well for how much they help others.

I felt a huge cramp in my right shoulder and neck muscles coming on around noon today. By 1:30 I could barely hold my head up without excruciating pain. I headed for Relaxation at Auburn Mall next to Lids and Forever 21. Owen was waiting for someone to walk in and I became that guest. For $16 I received between 15 and 18 minutes of mid pressure massage and myofascial release. Every deep breath in embraced the stretching muscle, every breath out released pain, stress and worry. I am so grateful for the amazing bodywork I received. I truly believe that there is an untapped wealth of services in the small, Asian bodywork industry. I would love to have an hour of full massage at a beautiful spa every week. Not possible. I can, however, drop into Relaxation to have Owen release the mess trapped in my muscles during the 15 or 30 minutes that I can afford to indulge in self-care. Try this! You might feel the same way I do when your time is up!!!
