Critical: Professionalism, QualityFull disclosure I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but the one I got on Tuesday will be the last time I get a massage here.I don’t mind hard pressure during a massage, provided they know what they’re doing, but the woman the other day (the taller one who works there), was very rough around the jugular veins in my neck, which seems quite dangerous. It’s 3 days later and the sides of my neck are still sore and a little bruised.Another thing that bothered me is the way she asked me “too much pressure?”, when she was working my neck. It seemed proud and spiteful at the same time. Very strange.Just for the record, I was as nice as can be. And professional. And I’m a good tipper. Overall, I’m just disappointed in the level of care I received, and wanted to warn anyone else who’s thinking about going here. I’m not telling you not to go, but please just be careful if you do. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have had a lot of massages but this was the worst I ever had. Went in there with my husband because his back was hurting and I decided I would get a massage also. Bad idea!! I got the taller one and she was so rough I did not know if I was going to be able to take it! The pressure was so much and I felt like a truck ran over me until she got done. My husband said the other one was also rough and made his neck hurt. They almost seemed to enjoy roughing you up. Then when we left the tall one insisted we give each of them a 10.00 tip. I have had a lot of massages but this was the worst I ever had. Went in there with my husband because his back was hurting and I decided I would get a massage also. Bad idea!! Positive: QualityNot the best massage I ever had but was great for the price and their availability. If you are on a tight budget this place will do the trick.
