First of all I NEVER leave reviews… but… Amazing!!! The stress I carry in my back and shoulders finally got to me. I have put off getting a massage because I have a lot of anxiety with strangers touching me. My husband and I decided to get a massage together, thinking that it would ease some of my anxiety. Critical: CommunicationWhen I called, I was told that a 90 min. massage would be $100. But when I was finished, and paid the $100, the girl demanded a tip! You need to teach your women what it means to get a tip. If they aren’t making enough, charge more. Better yet, when someone calls and asks how much for 90 minutes, tell them $100 plus tip.

I went there today (Wednesday afternoon) and the woman at the counter did not seem to speak English proficiently enough to have a basic conversation at all, and just kept saying, you call? You call to come at 4? I kept telling her no, then I kept trying to ask her about the prices, the services, when the next appointment was, just basic stuff and she just kept saying you call, you come at 4? I was like why do you keep asking me that I already said I didn’t call, why can’t you tell me about the prices. Then she’s like you come back at 4 ok, and tried to give a water and I told her I don’t want your water, I’m completely irritated trying to talk to you, then she reached out and touched my coat, saying my coat was nice, like she had no idea anything I was saying to her, she didn’t even comprehend how annoyed I was. I just turned I walked out. Don’t put people at the counter if they haven’t had enough ESL classes.
