I have loved getting massages here from Jessica! She has made me feel at ease and massages from her have been very helpful in alleviating my chronic pain from a connective tissue disorder. I have also found the environment welcoming as a gender nonconforming/non binary individual, which is something I always worry about when someone will be working with my body. The massages are also affordable enough to go when I feel like I need one. All around a positive experience!

I cannot recommend Health and Harmony enough! I have gotten massages from here for a while now and will never go anywhere else. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. And the massage therapists are all very professional and knowledgeable. Kim specifically is so beyond amazing and always makes sure you leave feeling better than when you came in and is always willing and wanting to get to know her clients on a more personal level. Kim is an amazing owner and massage therapist and continues to strive to have a safe welcoming business as well as provide the clients that come here with the best massage experience possible. Health and Harmony is truly the best in the area.

I had two massages here recently after a friend recommended them. They are amazing. First one was 60min with Louie, the second was a 90min one with Jessie. Best massages I ever had. Enough pressure, we even did some breathing exercises. Definitely recommend this place! And their prices are so reasonable as well.
