My wife gave me a gift certificate for a foot message ($30). When I showed up the lady was persistent on giving me the $70 full body message. I stood my ground and she eventually gave up. She brought me into a room and I laid down. I looked at my clock and it was 1:14. She messaged me for about 5 minutes talking with another lady on and off. A guy came in roughly around 1:20 (I looked at my phone) and wanted a full body. She said to come back in 20. Anyways, she wrapped up at 1:40 which was shy of 5 minutes from my full 30 minutes. Too be honest I wasn’t too upset about it. The point of a message ( in my opinion) is to be relaxed and feel a little pampered. I felt rushed and not valued. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t what I wanted. I will not come back.

My daughter and I just had an hour massage and it was amazing. Then when we paid and tipped 30 dollars on 140.00 dollars the lady insisted we pay 10 more dollars for there tip. It was extremely uncomfortable and very unprofessional. I will not be returning due that persistent treatment of complete greed. The lady literally was saying she worked too hard for only a 30 dollar tip.

Please don’t go. A tip is a tip depending on my decision. But they enforcedly demand the Tip at least 20% more. Moreover, this massage is not that great, just fair. I am sure you will be disappointed when you get a massage from here.

They will forcefully demand a $20 tip on a $70 massage which is almost 30%. Weather they’re trying to avoid taxes on cash income is on them but one should not be forced to pay for that. $14 is 20% and that’s fair. Charge more if you want a higher pay but don’t demand when it’s not stated. Be ready to get the exit blocked if you don’t pay the tip, still gave $14.

The foot massage was great, though we hadn’t realized what we were getting. The masseuses were responsive and thorough. As other reviews mention, they pressure a $20/hr tip but we didn’t mind that. However, the towels they used for us did not get changed before the next ppl, who were also part of our group and also noticed that they only straightened the towels after them…..

I called Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday and they were very friendly when I arrived. The massage was excellent and my masseuse was very kind. She was very attentive and responded well to my requests for more or less pressure. The facility is relaxing and clean, and my masseuse wore gloves throughout the session. I got the large combo which is only $65 for over an hour of work. The reflexology (foot work) is especially good! If you want the focus to be in your shoulders/back, then make sure to order the body massage by itself, and not a combo. This is a wonderful local business to support while also practicing self care – I will definitely be back!

The massage was great! The shakedown not so much. I had a fifty dollar foot massage and was prepared to pay 20% tip..$10. when I paid with card, she had to put the amount in. I said $10 tip. She said “tip is $20.” I said a $10 tip is 20%. She said “tip is $20. “. I could have argued and insisted, but chose to pay what she had put in and continue having a good day. I also know that I will never go back.
