Worst weightloss clinic they wasted my time! I was on puentee mine previously in august and they had me get the special for a month. Of phentermine which was $99 and they only gave me 1 week a lipo injection and B12 tablets the next week I went in they told me I was not a candidate for phentermine anymore since I had lost 3.4 pounds! Like seriously I have not ate at all all day so obviously I am going to be those pounds less! So I asked for a refund because it just does not make sense that in one week I’m no longer a candidate when I didn’t even take the phentermine I was given since it was in a capsule form & I can’t take capsules & wanted a different dose that was a pill I can break I even asked for the lowest dose as long as it was in a pill form! They only refunded me back $53 like really and my time worst place ever! They will waste your time! I RECOMMEND (RCMC) there’s a location in rancho & banning, hesperia. They won’t waste your time & the staff is so cheerful welcoming & they care if you want to loose 15 or 20 pounds this is the place! They won’t lie to you and give you medication one week & have you buy a months worth to tell you the next week you are not eligible for phentermine & they are moving you to natural meds! Lol

Former employee here, I would not recommend this clinic at all, the former “manager” who went by the name of Mariah was not only a bully to her employees, she mocked them, and treated us as if we were nothing, not only did this “manager” talk behind her employees back, she talk about her “personal” inappropriate relationships in the work clinic. We were constantly threatened with write ups too. I have a ARMY of girls who can also back me up. Please spend money elsewhere, where they provide better service and actually respect employees.

The medical assistants really listen to you and make you feel comfortable and safe. They took the time to answer all my questions until I understood everything without seeming bothered. Critical: ProfessionalismI noticed that the place smells like urine and is not clean. I came in wanting skin procedures and was not comfortable with them taking before and after pictures. I did not sign the consent and they said I cannot have the procedure without pictures. I have not had that problem anywhere else. They also would no give me the consents that I did sign even though there was no procedures done. I felt very uncomfortable there and its an unwelcoming atmosphere. I don’t not recommend this place.
