Horrible place, don’t respect the customers times. I called to let know that I was probably arriving 10 min late and that if It is necessary I can reschedule because I have to drive 1h. But they told me that they could wait 15 min more for me, so I went. When I arrived they told me they have to reschedule because I arrived 10 min late, I told them what the lady told me on the phone but they said they didn’t know who told me that because they couldn’t wait for me any more minute. Horrible experience, the manager karina and “jessie” were incredibly rude I never got a refund and now my lips are all botched. And their numbing cream taste like sourdough bread I swear it was expired, I even gagged a little. I also got a rash on my lip and chin. Karina seemed to be very impatient with her new employees I seen how she got into it with this one employee. As soon as I walked in it was humid and moist and extremely cold at some point then extremely hot I swear I was in purgatory I felt like I had going through menopause.#dobetter #botched

Made an appointment about a month out took a day off of work and when calling to confirm appointment they had no idea who I was. Made you feel very far from important. Not professional at all for their clients. Even though it was their mistake it would be myself too have to make another appointment another consultation staff has no clue of what they are scheduling or that I already had a consultation. Glad that I called to verify appointment that they knew nothing about with appointment scheduled in hand and they where clueless. Red flag.
