Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismExtremely difficult to get a hold of. My experience has been a shockingly unprofessional one. Most recently ::: I made an appointment, received multiple email and text appointment reminders, showed up on time – the doors were locked and no one was there. I waited 30 minutes, they did not answer my phone calls, I left a message, and my call was never returned. It’s sad to even leave this review as I’m sure they’re doing their best but on no planet is it acceptable to conduct business… or human exchanges in this way.Hopefully the massages speak for themselves. Extremely difficult to get a hold of. My experience has been a shockingly unprofessional one. Most recently ::: I made an appointment, received multiple email and text appointment reminders, showed up on time – the doors were locked and no one was there. I waited 30 minutes, they did not answer my phone calls, I left a message, and my call was never returned. Positive: ProfessionalismI don’t get massages. Always seemed too awkward. But I had a problem with my back muscles and after a few medications and doctor visits and lots of money later I decided to give this a try since they are literally in the same office park where I work. And wow! It is the only thing that worked to get me back to somewhat normal. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I genuinely appreciate the professionalism that was taken by the staff here and can’t thank you all enough.I don’t get massages. Always seemed too awkward. I don’t get massages. Always seemed too awkward. But I had a problem with my back muscles and after a few medications and doctor visits and lots of money later I decided to give this a try since they are literally in the same office park where I work. And wow! It is the only thing that worked to get me back to somewhat normal. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
