Critical: Professionalism, QualityCouldn’t understand strong only lite handed. 30 minutes of a 90 minute massage my therapist stayed in one spot on my back using one hand lol. Maybe I got the worst therapist there but won’t go back. Just wonder how that becomes acceptable with customers and their management. Called it quits at 45 minutes
