Laura has been working on a knot/muscle spasm in my neck that has been fairly persistent and has caused nerve pain/tingling in my arm and fingers. While the knot is still persistent, the tingling is largely gone, and the knot is slowly breaking apart. It will likely be a fairly long process, but I am seeing some success. Don’t wait as long as I did… I’ve been doing 60 minute sessions and it is helping. The hour away from the desk is also a good thing.
