I just had the most incredible massage! I have had prior surgery on my wrist and hand which causes me pain from time to time if I over do it. Franky just worked on me for 20 minutes and I feel like a new woman! I’m so happy I’m coming back every week if I feel this good! And only 25 bucks! Amazing. I never would have known that a mall massage place would be better than any place I’ve made an appointment at. As a teacher, regular massages are extremely helpful. It’s awesome to be able to walk in and not have “make massage appointment” on my to do list. I can just go whenever it works for me. It’s $1 per minute so same rates if you went to any other massage place, if not better. Just be prepared that it is definitely a firm touch! They also speak essentially no English.

However, the last time I went it was because my knee was tense and sore due to some strain from biking. They completely fixed it. I was so thankful, and finally was able to walk comfortably again. Just the absolute best place ever for a massage, they are never rude!! Someone said that in a review and that is simply not true. There is a language barrier for sure but you are able to communicate with them your needs and wants with no problem!! Honestly a group of the nicest most professional staff for massage. I’ve had about two dozen massages here, and each one has been amazing. Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. Everyone here is friendly and accomodating. I wish I spoke their language so I could let them know how wonderful they are.

These people are really good at what they do. They fixed my frozen shoulder in 15 minutes and I hadn’t even told them it was a problem. They seemed to know somehow and narrowed in on it. I’ve had three different people the three times I have been and they were all great.

I’ve been there several times and enjoyed my visits until today. I went in and was told it’d be 15 minutes so I waited. I sat there for a half hour and watched 5 other people come in after me and all 5 were taken back for their massage while I sat there. I won’t go back. They need to be better organized and put their desk in the front where they can see who is coming in.
