Glen is a knowledgeable massage therapist. He takes the time to educate his patients while he is making you feel better. I have had ongoing shoulder issues for several years. After months of physical therapy I was running out of options other than surgery. After just a few sessions with Glen I had less pain and increased range of motion. I highly recommend him. His calm, kind demeanor is soothing. He also bills my insurance which I appreciate.

I have a 38 degree curve in my spine. I am in constant discomfort and pain. Glen has helped me to be more flexible by releasing the tight muscles that have been combined and tightened for most of my life. He has ‘magical’ hands, but his knowledge of muscle therapy is amazing. He is even using light therapy to help relax muscles while using his extraordinary massage techniques. He has taught me some stretching techniques that I can do on my own, too. I highly recommend Glen Arn to anyone who is having any health issues.

Glen is a very experienced masseuse. After just one session, it is easy to see that he knows what he’s doing. I have several areas of tension and was afraid that time would not permit him to work through all of them. He used a few different techniques that allowed him to loosen problem areas while working on a different area. I was impressed with the work he was able to accomplish without making it “hurt”. Aside from the actual massage, I am also very impressed with the office and the professionalism of the spa. He was also very accomodating while booking the appointment. I will definitely be going back!

My sweetheart has to drive to Olympia from Woodland everyday for her job. (1 1/2 hours each way). You can imagine she has back pain. She has complained about it for months and I kept telling her to try Glen Arn. She said she had it under control and was seeing a massage therapist in Olympia and not getting the results. Finally the pain got so bad she let me book her an appt. Glen got her in the next day. Glen put her at ease right away. He was able to pinpoint the muscle immediately and then worked on it. His technique is different the what she was used to. He then did the magic he is known for and asked some questions about her driving habits. He asked if she had any pain in her lower back and hip. He then isolated a muscle on her side above her hip that is the root cause of the issue. In six months of therapy, no one had been able to do that. Thank God Glen is married. My sweetie smiles from ear to ear thinking about her next visit tonight.

I woke up this morning and my low back hurt in every position I tried to sit in. Glen worked on me for 10-15 min, although my back is still sore if I lift my toddler wrong, I haven’t had anymore pain while doing normal activities.
