I definitly recommend them! Before going through the infrared sauna and having a mineral bath I had forgotten what it had felt like to be without anxiety… Now I can remember that feeling and use it as a reference point for meditation and relaxation. The tub room which is setup for couples is so beautiful and relaxing.

Healing Waters has changed my life. Pawnee really knows all about what we need to do to help heal our bodies. It is a Fantastic experience! We go every few months, and look forward to our next visit! We love the bath soak & colonic combo. It has saved my life last year, when I had a blockage in my intestines .I highly recomend it! A friend recommended Healing Waters for their bathtubs. I was more than delighted to give them a try after seeing their website. I called the owner and she took time to give me a tour and explain her services. I chose to do the soak and the mud. It was amazing!!! My skin is so much smoother and brighter. I fell asleep under the heated wrap and woke up comforted and refreshed. Pawnee was very kind and professional. I have been to spas over the world and I was delighted with the quality and attention to detail I found at Healing Waters. This is truly a 5 star experience. Highly recommend.

This spa is amazing! I’ve been to many hydro-therapists and I had the best experience at Healing Waters Spa because I was made to feel most comfortable. I was taught how to operate the Libby on my own and also there is a buzzer by every bed even if you are in the sauna to ring the owner. No other spa has that feature! It is nice not to have to open the door and yell for anyone if you need assistance. This contributes to the ‘zen’ feeling of the spa for sure. If you’re looking for a spa in Redding, this is by far the best place to go. No other spa is offering this level of service and I consider myself a spa expert!

The is by far the best spa treatment I have ever had. When you walk in you immediately feel relaxed and comfortable and like you’re escaping the outside world. I started of my visit with a luxurious mud wrap followed by mineral tub soak. I didn’t even know places did stuff like this. There are two beautiful claw foot tubs up on a raised platform. There was a tv where a could cast my favorite shows to watch, or just listen to the music of my choice. Healing Waters Wellness is so much more than a spa, it’s an escape from reality, and we can all use that. I give HWW a 5+ star rating. You will not be disappointed if you visit.
