Sophia is a rare find, she is personable, kind and sincere and has the professional talents of a massage and skincare expert you would expect to find at a 5-star establishment. I found her on Google after newly moving to Virginia Beach and I’ve been a loyal regular ever since, visiting monthly for massage and/or facials. I chose to indulge in the Ayurvedic Abyhanga and Shirodhara Scalp Treatment 90 minutes option she offers. As the closest I came to such a delectable modality is the Lomi Lomi massages I have had in the past. As soon as I entered her space, her aura was welcoming and her warm demeanor instantly put me at ease. As she started the massage, her connection with my Marma points was instant, which made how she found my knots uncanny, almost alchemic. Her flowing hands and arms completely took my body into a euphoric state, enjoying bliss minute after minute, to where I lost all track of time. So when I flipped over for the 2nd half of the treatment, she started the Shirodhara Scalp Treatment, which involves warmed Ayurvedic oil and giving me the best head massage I have ever enjoyed, something most therapists don’t spend enough time on but she does.
