Swedish Massage
This classic European technique of manipulating muscles with aromatic massage oil is both relaxing and invigrating. While providing tonic for the soul,this massage can help improve the function of the circulatory,lymphatic,musclar and nervers systems.
Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue massages use similar strokes to the Swedish massage but pressures are longer, firmer and focus on areas of pain and tension. The therapist manipulates muscles that are below the surface of the top muscles and the connective tissues. “Against grain” strokes are used to break fiber adhesion, oxygenize the muscles and get rid of toxins.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a Japanese style massage using pressure to specific points on the body. Shiatsu has roots in Chinese medicine, people from around the world use this technique for pain relief and relaxation.
Foot Reflexology
Each body systems shown above are connected certain areas of your feet.By massaging these zones,reflexology aims to reduce any stress or aliments that reside in any of your body’s systems.
