The spa is beautiful! The facility is new and we’ll maintained. Everything was spotless! The woman running it was very inviting and gave us a tour prior to our time in the salt cave. We happened to be the only people using the salt cave at that time, so we had the place to ourselves, but their could be others in there with you. They give you covers to put on your feet (no shoes) when you enter the cave because you are walking on salt. There are lockers outside the cave where you leave your things before entering the cave. There are zero gravity chairs in the cave to relax in. The cave was a little chilly and they had blankets to warm up with. There’s a star show on the ceiling and relaxing music playing. They also turn on a salt aerator. When we thought we’d have salt on our skin but didn’t taste or feel any.

The facility is beautiful, clean, and calming. The staff is kind and accommodating. And the salt cave, wow! This was my first time sitting in a room basically made of salt, and it was also the first time I was able to breathe clearly in my life. I have really bad allergies that nothing seems to help. But 45 minutes in the salt cave and my sinuses were magically cleared. Highly recommended for anyone who has allergies, asthma, headaches or, really, any kind of stress. A very energizing experience.

Such a lovely healing place! Theresa was able to squeeze my husband and I in for a small couple’s getaway. Our facials and massages were amazing, and the salt cave is heavenly! Theresa was even available to answer a few questions I had after the appointment. Can’t wait to come back!!

Highly recommend! Such a beautiful and clean facility and the owner is extremely welcoming. Perfect for one treatment or an entire spa day. The salt cave is extremely relaxing and my skin and lungs feel amazing after! In walking distance from the Guilford Green.

I absolutely love going here. The staff is amazing and the services are great as well. I’ve gotten facials and different style massages. I’ve used the jacuzzi and sat in the salt cave as well. I feel so relaxed and at peace when I’m there. I highly recommend going here!!

Had a great experience today visiting the salt cave! Spa is beautiful and owner is very pleasant. Very clean inside and atmosphere is relaxing. It was like relaxing on the beach in the tropics. Can’t wait to go back and try other services offered.

My wife and I both got the Signature Facial and 45 minutes in the Salt Cave. It was a lovely relaxing day with very friendly staff and a calm environment to unwind after a stressful work week. Best times to go would be mid week on Wednesday or Thursday when it’s not busy.

Nice spa deep tissue massage wasnt really deep tissue could have been better, the salt cave room was very beautiful & therapeutic & i also did i hydrotherapy tub session i was over charged my $15 dollars staff didn’t explain why .. website says 60 but was charged 75
