I just experienced the BEST Watsu (aquatic massage) EVER! Steve Paige is such a talented, kind & inspired therapist who loves his work and imparts that care to clients.I am refreshed, renewed, and oh-so relaxed! There’s something about this kind of treatment that gets the mind to just let go and expand while releasing stored tension everywhere. I was thinking of all these people I wanted to tell about how good it was while I was drifting in and out of deep rest, especially people I know who have undergone trauma, as It is a great method for stilling an overwrought nervous system. It also had a great effect on my spine, which I felt release in some stuck spots and stretch and elongate. Also, the setting is as nice as it gets, nestked in a beautiful, lush garden of Eden. I just can’t say enough good things (except that the pool will be closed for the season until May). But Steve & his partner, Gail Blum, also do wonderful table work, so you still can’t go wrong!
