I texted the number explaining I needed work on my neck but I was interested in the 49$ special. And made an appointment. Once I arrived I was taken into a room and the lady walked out and left door open. I was a little confused when she came back in she didn’t speak English and was gesturing me to get undressed. She sat in the room while I got completed into my underwear. Very uncomfortable. She never asked me one question. And all she did was massage me with forearm and sheet. Never used thumbs and get into any muscles or even worked my neck. The whole reason I came in for. When she filled me over she proceeded to pull down the sheet leaving my breasts exposed while other customers where coming in and my door was shut but not even latched. It was a very unrelaxing unpleasant experience. I’ll never go again or recommend anyone ever

My first and last visit here. Went there as I saw good reviews on google. First off they charge you upfront which I haven’t seen any massage place ever do. Secondly they charge you $2 extra if you pay by credit card. Something I didn’t see advertised on their page. Most importantly when you opt for a Leg massage, you expect the massage place to massage your full leg up to the knee which didn’t happen. During back massage my masseuse runs out to handle incoming customers leaving me waiting and then comes back and quickly wraps up the massage. Never had such an unprofessional experience ever. Such a big mistake as I typically go to OD wellness and have been used to such great treatment there , same massage same duration at lesser price but had to come here last minute due to an unavoidable circumstance. I sent my dad here to get help with some arthritis issues he has been having. They were very friendly, and the massage helped him a great deal. My only concern is that they charged him the regular price instead of the special price that I had previously spoken with them about on the phone. Apparently, you must show them the picture on their website in order to get the discount.
