This was by far the most helpful massage I’ve ever had. My neck had seized up several days before and I was unable to turn my head to the point that I couldn’t even drive. I had tried every stretch, exercise, cream, muscle relaxer, the chiropractor, everything I could think of. I called Sheryl and she was able to get me in that day. The SMART technique Sheryl uses was amazing. At no point was the massage painful, every touch was so gentle, it was never uncomfortable and yet she was able to get the muscles to release. I’ve never had a massage that accomplished so much where I didn’t feel sore & a little wrung out afterwards. I felt great immediately following & my neck was substantially better. I had a few twinges the next today but by 2 days after the massage my neck felt completely better.

About 6 months ago I tore my rotator cuff and labrum. Very painful, I had MRI but opted not to have surgery. Have been to see Sherryl and the SMRT technique she uses has started to work wonders.
