We hope to help you, through your Mind, Body & Soul awareness journy to promote your overall healing & wellness, through a combination of traditional & alternative practices & modalties in which we specialize. We provide an open environment that fosters the oneness of Mind, Body, and Spirit. I have a few health problems…some of it is TMJ and fibromyalgia…waiting to see if I have arthritis too but for the past 3-4 days I been experiencing a lot of pain (nerve and muscles) and major headaches which landed me in the hospital. I went to Healing Hanz, LLC a week or two ago and did my past life regression which was interesting going for another session next week however Chris has amazing hands! He gave me a healing plus reiki massage yesterday and it was AMAZING…my body is so relaxed! Didn’t even take my meds yet…it was a blessing and I’m so thankful! I have been to many diff places to get messages but this was a completely different experience and actually worked in just one appointment. If any of you are in pain whether it is physical, mental or emotional…he’s the guy and located in Portsmouth, VA and he’s one of us!!! And at a very reasonable price!

Chris’ massages are healing litteraly the body. I have a knee minor injury (more of a sprain) and just from one massage session the knee was significantly better. Can’t wait for the future massage sessions to heal the knee 100%.Definitely a healing place !

After having a bad experience elsewhere from a Reiki Session in VB, I was SUPER nervous coming to my appointment today for a one hour Reiki session with Chris. I was nervous for zero reason. My Session with Chris was perfect! I have a stressful job working in healthcare as well as a past history of abuse in my childhood. I’d also been experiencing some lower back issues over the last few years that had been dormant in previous years but flared up with a vengeance recently. Not only did I leave feeling the best I’ve felt in (at least) six months energetically, but my back and hips feel better than my old ‘normal’ prior to the initial start of the issue. Walking out of our session, I told his receptionist, “I feel like prior to our session, I’d never actually taken an deep breath before. I’m not sure I ever did.’ I was carrying the weight/stress/stagnant energy/trauma from my past around my chest, head, shoulders and neck. It felt like a sumo wrestler was on my chest prior, and I never actually noticed it.
