Went here twice. First time said she didnt have any openings….Second time called first, stated hour massage at a specific time. Once I got there tried to talk me into 30min. I asked if I could go to a different time to fit me in for an hour,she said she was not able to do that. I had my brother call to see if she had spots available that same day for an hour, she said yes. She made me feel very unwanted both times. I would never recommend this place, I have never felt so disrespected.

I visited this place yesterday, as I pinched a nerve under my scapula , and while driving home I noticed it said walk-ins, so I tried to walk in but the door was locked, and I saw a short Asian woman Peek her head around the corner and asked what I wanted, I tried to tell her but she she couldn’t hear me through the locked door, finally she unlock the door and cracked it a half inch as to just poke her mouth out and ask again what I wanted, I asked if they could give me a massage because I had a pinched nerve in my back, she acted very nervous and unprofessional, she said, no I cannot help you here you need to go to chiropractor, and I told her, that I think I just need a really good massage, and she told me my massage is 40 for a half hour and I only do Swedish massage, and I said that’s fine, I really just wanted any massage at this point as I had already taken Motrin and it did not help and I was in a lot of pain, I don’t know if it was because I am a woman or what but she was acting very strange and then told me no I can’t help you and quickly shut the door and locked it, and I thought how rude and unprofessional, she acted very shady, and after she shut the door in my face and stepped out of sight, I could see through the window of the door and it looked very gaudy and not to clean inside. so I just left. and as I drove away, I thought to myself, what a weird and unprofessional place… I do not recommend this place to anyone. I walked in as they say they take walk-ins. Lady yelled from back “hello”. She come from down the hall with what looked like towel wrapped around her. I asked about massage and she said we have no one…ok then if you have know one right now why would you try to have me set up an appointment.

East west which is now Healing Hands. They moved from 44th to 28th. As soon as you walk in youre greeted with a smile. The therapist are pleasent, and beautiful. They enjoy great conversation.
