I came to wild flower spa expecting a deep tissue massage after having to extensive back surgeries. My Massage Therapist was Mary Self. When she asked me questions about my back and the therapy I was going through she went to work on me. I have never had a massage therapist be so knowledgeable in her techniques and muscle therapy. I booked 10 appointments to be five days in a row each. When I came there I could barely walk and after 10 appointments I feel I could run a marathon. If anyone is suffering from muscle tightness due to back surgery or sciatic nerve problems , I would highly recommend you getting a hold of Mary Self
