I purchased a Groupon and have been trying to contact therapists to schedule massage. Her phone message states that I should send her a text with my name and phone number – it has been 4 days and 4 text messages with no word from massage therapists. How can someone in the service industry not provide SERVICE and still be in business? Not very long I think! Maybe this review will get someone’s attention and I will finally get a reply. So far they don’t deserve even one star.
