I called to make an appointment and was not able to over the phone. I was prompted instead to book online. Through the website I successfully booked my appointment for a 90 minute massage and provided the credit card information to reserve my spot. I was sent an email confirming my appointment. When I called to check in on the day of my appointment because I hadn’t received any sort of appointment reminder, I was told that my appointment could not be found in the system and apparently had never been booked. After reading past reviews, this is clearly an issue that others have expressed as well. It is very hard to keep clients happy when you can’t even manage to get them in the door. I would suggest updating your booking system or providing your employees instruction on how to use it.

Lyse is an absolutely incredible therapist. She is so focused and worked out all my problemed areas. I felt amazing after my session. I was completely relaxed and without any pain. I have worked with healing hands for over 8 years as an independent contractor massage therapist. There are a lot of massage places in this area but I would not work anywhere else. They pay their therapists well and support and respect our skills. The offices are clean and welcoming and if there ever happens to be a slight issue with an appointment they go above and beyond to resolve it to take care of both the client and the therapist. It is also not a corporate chain! It is owned by two massage therapists and has been in business OVER 25 years with four local offices. I’m so glad I get to do what I love in a place that I truly enjoy. Come see us!
