I went to the Media location because I had received a gift card for a one hour massage. I had to reschedule my original appointment because my child woke up sick the day of and had to stay home from school. The person that I spoke to on the phone was understanding and helped me to reschedule my massage for just three days later.

I’ve been to the Media location several times. It is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My therapist, Thalea, was very thorough and she listened to my requests. She worked out all the knots in my upper back and shoulders. She’s excellent! I would definitely recommend her and Healing Hands in Media.

Went to get a gift card for my wife and there is no one with any knowledge working at the front desk. There was a sign there that said for assistance call or text. When I texted they told me to take a gift card off the desk and to call back to add funds. There was some guy there who was no help at all because he had no knowledge of what to do. What kind of business doesn’t have anyone working at the front desk who knows how to supply a gift card? This is by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to do something as simple as buy a gift card. If you are looking for a massage gift card do yourself a favor and go somewhere that they actually have people on-site to assist you.

This local business really knows how to give great massages. Scheduling was simple and fast, the prices are reasonable, the staff is very kind, and the entire experience when there is relaxing. There’s plenty of parking although as a heads up it’s in the second floor in the building and the way to get there is an outdoor metal staircase. If it rains or snows the staircase can become slick so be careful on your way up. Alternatively if stairs are an issue for any reason I would call and see if they’ll come to your house instead for a private session. All in all I can’t wait to be back soon!

I’ve called here a couple times left messages and didn’t get a call back. I’ve been calling since 2 days after Christmas. I called one time and actually talked to someone. They didn’t have an appointment in Media like I wanted, since it’s close to my house, they wanted me to go to one that would take me 30 minutes or so to get to. I said I would like to make an appointment for Media and she said they didn’t have one that week and I asked her to give me the next available appointment for Media and she wouldn’t, then told me to call back, and I have been trying to call back and no one returns my calls ever. I have a gift card for there for 2 massages and can’t seem to use it. It’s been almost a month now. This is crazy.
