This was my third session with Laura and she is incredible. Her energy is both centered and comforting. She is professional, kind, genuine, and has a great sense of humor! Her massage style is both intuitive and assertive; she is very patient with problem areas and works with them until they give way, while continually checking in on your comfort level. I tend to be pressure sensitive she always works within my comfort zone. She is very knowledgeable about after-care (heat, ice, stretching, etc) and gives great preventative advice as well. I highly recommend her!
