Healing Choices Oasis offers services that bring balance energetically through AMMA massage and Qigong. AMMA Therapy aims to release energy blockages and allow the body to heal itself. Qigong is a practice that focuses on the breath and posture that has many health benefits. Energy awareness was life-changing for me and I gladly share that knowledge. Carol’s passion is also to provide options for children and adults with breathing problems. FIT2Breathe! is for adults new to asthma, bronchitis or emphysema (COPD), while Kamp KiWA is for kids (and parents) with asthma, allergies or anxiety. As a retired respiratory therapist and asthmatic, Carol has lots to offer and is eager to share her stories.
