Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI am totally disappointed in the way she runs her business. I am a Groupon customer. It took 6 weeks to book my appt with her and then she cancelled with a legit COVID issue. I couldn’t get another booking for another month. Today was my rescheduled appt. I arrived on time to a locked suite. I waited 10 mins called and got no answer. Waited another 10 mins and texted her number. Her response was “who is this” I received an automated reminder about my appt. Maybe Tara should have these reminders sent to her! Very irresponsible !, I will be ceiling a complaint with Groupon. If she’s so busy you have to wait 2 months to get an appt and then she can’t remember your name or your appt time then she shouldn’t be soliciting business on groupon.I am totally disappointed in the way she runs her business. I am totally disappointed in the way she runs her business. I am a Groupon customer. It took 6 weeks to book my appt with her and then she cancelled with a legit COVID issue. I couldn’t get another booking for another month. Today was my rescheduled appt. I arrived on time to a locked suite. I waited 10 mins called and got no answer. The first time she canceled on me 30 minutes before the appointment. I didn’t realize how “courteous” that was of her. At the rescheduled appointment time, I sat outside of her locked office for 40 mins. I called, texted, called a few more times, and texted several more times. She never showed up or even bothered to reply. She did, however, mark my Groupon as “used.” After reading the reviews, I see this is a habit she has. I received a Groupon as a Christmas gift. I made the appointment (which was like pulling teeth). The first time she canceled on me 30 minutes before the appointment. I didn’t realize how “courteous” that was of her. At the rescheduled appointment time, I sat outside of her locked office for 40 mins. After a week of having the groupon, we finally got around to calling & making an appointment for me to come in. I had my appointment made and all online information filled out. I live in Missouri so I drove out for my appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. Door was locked when I arrived as if no one was there & there was a sign on the door saying “i was here, where were you?” I called the number online twice to be sent to voicemail and sent a text that said “please text me.” i apologized for calling and explained I wasn’t sure where to go & how i had an appointment. I got no response until the next morning asking if I’d like to reschedule. I responded no thank you as i had already refunded my groupon. I then received another text back trying to justify her actions in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner…. “people make mistake you know……….but your loss. i’m the best in my area.” After expressing that this is not how a business should be run i received a “thanks for the advice” text.
