I had to call 3 different times to even get ahold of the guy. He never called me back after leaving a message. When I finally got a massage scheduled, I showed up 10 minutes early in case I had to fill out any paperwork. I waited for 40 minutes for someoje to show up and unlock the doors. No one ever did. I didn’t even get a call to tell me he wasn’t coming. The worst part is that I bought a Groupon for this massage, so I prepaid, and now I doubt I will get a refund. Absolutely unprofessional. I do not recommend.
