Not too soft. Not too hard. Just the right touch. After trying at least 10 different people over the years I have found the one. Very few times do I recommend so know that this should hold some weight. After I went a few times I told my family and more than half of them use Healin’ Feelin as their only massage option too. Hannah is at least worth a try and then let me know if I am right or am I right
