The staff here are out of this world! We had our bridal party get ready here and they accommodated all 8 bridesmaids plus the bride with hair and make up, not only making us all feel beautiful but look amazing as well. They were kind and professional and took time to bring everyone’s preferred look to life. Jayna is amazing! Shaye made us all look like goddesses. Taylor is the sweetest!

They also carry my favorite hair products! Beautiful salon with lots of great products. They use Wella and Kevin Murphy for hair color and carry r+Co, Kevin Murphy, oribe and a couple others. Image skincare which I love all of the above. Maddie did a fantastic job with my color and cut. I’m switching it up so we’ll be having several sessions to go lighter in hopes of less time in between to cover up my greys. You can tell she’s a natural and super passionate about her job. She made a shade and a half lighter and it looks so natural. LOVE the color! They greet you warmly and offer lots of drink options as well as cute snacks. I’m looking forward to making this my regular salon. Can’t wait to see the next stage. Go see Maddie!

Critical: ProfessionalismDo NOT patronize this place! I was appalled by what happened with my appointment.The story: I called days ago to make an appt for a haircut. I’d not been to the salon before. They said I could book ‘Saturday at 3.’ Okay. A coupe of days before Saturday the stylist called to ask if I could come at 12. I said I would; I could shift some things in my day.I live in Boonville, about an hour up in the country north of Healdsburg. Rte 128 is a 2-lane curvy road. Heading to Healdsburg for my appt at noon I had the bad luck to be in a traffic queue on that road behind 2 trucks and a couple of RVs, slowing me to 25 mph for a lot of the drive (unusual.). I phoned at 11:45 to say I’d be unavoidably 10 or 15 mins late. The stylist said she had back-to-back appts and wouldn’t be able to take me. By my reckoning, 10 or 15 mins was still w/in my margin of time, just for a trim, no styling or blow-dry. I got to the salon at 12:10 for a noon appt. The place was locked down, no lights, no people there. No response to calling in to the salon. (What about all those back-to-back appts?)An hour’s drive there, and an hour’s drive home for no reason. Time spent for no reason, uselessly. Gasoline expended, uselessly. My afternoon completely screwed up, after I’D MADE ACCOMODATION to switch things for the stylist’s sake. Wasting hours of my precious life. Seriously, atrociously unprofessional. I could hardly wait to publicly post this cautionary tale.Don’t go there. Your own precious life doesn’t deserve frustration like that.Do NOT patronize this place!
