Through distant reiki I help clients understand the energetic patterns created in the body that is the source of what they are experiencing physically and emotionally. By understanding the energy behind our experiences and pains we can balance and change. I offer in-person sessions as well – using cupping to release stuck fascia and Craniosacral therapy to unwind the nervous system allowing the body to move out of fight or flight mode and return to a relaxed state of being where healing can begin.
