NO NO NO! Not only are Anita’s time management skill junk but so is her practice. I was in the salon for 5 hours for a trim and partial highlights. She fried my hair so bad that I actually had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reconsider if you’re thinking of going here

I am selecting one star because there is no option for none. Highly unprofessional attitude. Call were not answered, after long wait I got an appointment and the appointment was cancelled by her. Till that time I was ok as she gave me another appointment but when I went to the mentioned address there was no place with such name and as usual no one was answering the call. Somehow I got another address from google and reached there and the worst part was no one was there too. After waiting there for an hour with two year old toddler, I tried calling her number of times and sent her number of messages. She gave me no reply and the extreme is that instead of apologizing she said I was busy.
