Had the weirdest experience here today. Made an appt for my 10 year old for a haircut with Robb. Walked into the salon and he was busy texting and didn’t greet us. Got my daughter seated, and he picked up his phone to text again. After he finally put his phone down, We started talking about what kind of cut she wanted. He had no idea what an a-line cut was so I had to pull up some pictures on my phone. After looking at a few pics, he said, I think I can do that. I should have stopped then. He started cutting her hair, completely dry, not parted, sectioned or combed, and took a big chunk out of both sides first!!! She has very thick hair, and cutting this way was going to be disastrous. I intervened and asked him to show me some pictures of haircuts he’s done before and he had none. He told me he had been cutting hair for 20 years and always cuts this way and that I should trust the process. I knew this was going to be bad, so I asked him to stop the haircut and we walked out. Had to go with my mom gut. We ended up at Great Clips later to fix his big side chops, and surprisingly got the best cut she’s had in a long time.

I had to get my girls in for a new school year cut for each of them. Laura was able to accommodate all three of us, and even though it was their first time in a salon, she put them right at ease. She has an incredibly friendly and professional presence and she asked them, and gave them both exactly what they asked for. They’re still raving!!!! Definitely a recommendation I am comfortable giving!!

Scottia did an amazing job on my hair! She paid attention to what I wanted, was very detailed, and willing to take the time to get it just right. I love how it turned out! She is great, I would definitely recommend. The salon was clean, comfortable, and inviting.

Arizona Norton did a beautiful job with my nails and I will definitely be going back to her! When I initially went in I only had an idea for the color, she was very sincere and thoughtful and suggested a few designs and I went with a cute rose on my ring finger. I am so happy with the look and she was so professional during the service! I cannot wait until next time to see what she has in store xx!

This is the third time I have been to Heads Up, Michelle, who has cut my hair all three times is wonderful. She is so pleasant, does a great job, and is very precise with her hair cuts and styling. I would recommend this salon, I travel from Idaho just to get my hair cut by Michelle.

I was lucky enough to get Arizona. Not only did she lighten my dark brown hair, she covered my stubborn silver hair. She was very professional and very accommodating. She did my daughters nails and they look great. I would recommend her for nails and hair. You might even be lucky enough to get her as your Beautician.
