Horrible experience. Had an appointment at 2, didn’t sit in the chair until 2:50 when I told the woman on the phone I had somewhere to be at 4:30. Got my hair colored, my hair turned jet black which is not the color I had originally. She left hair dye in my hair and all behind my ear. When I got home I had to wash my hair again because my head was so itchy from the remaining dye that wasn’t washed out. When we finally got to the cut, everything went south. The left side of my hair was SIGNIFICANTLY longer than the right. I tried telling her 6 (literally 6) times that it wasn’t the same length. She continued cutting both sides with no improvement. Finally she got it close enough that I could just put my hair up and leave. Karen offered to fix it but I refuse to step a foot in that place again. I know Paige is a great stylist and colorist, but Tammy is not. I don’t suggest going to this place unless Paige is doing your hair. Really upsetting experience. You’d think that such a place would have experienced, good stylists but honestly I’ve gotten a better cut at Great Clips.

Paige does my color and cut and is AMAZING! She’s sweet, great at what she does, and really listens to what you would like your hair to look like. The owner Karen is super nice too! The salon has always been super clean but you can tell they go above and beyond with sanitizing and cleaning especially with the whole Covid situation. I would highly recommend anyone to come to Headz or Nailz!
