Went in for a small trim, i asked for hardly any length off and walked out with a couple inches off, it wasn’t even dead i just wanted my ends trimmed. she had showed me how much she was going to cut which was about a quarter of an inch to half an inch & i was okay with that but this much more then that) i also got my nape cut down which was exactly how i wanted it, but i have razor burn from the clippers where she was cleaning up my hairline. it hurts to even brush my hair because i end up hitting it with the brush, more then likely will not return for hair services. (photos of length before, length after, & the burn on my neck)

Critical: QualityI went in for a haircut and received a genuinely poor result. Only half of my hair was properly misted/sprayed before cutting, so when my hair dried after the appointment, there was a noticeable difference in length on either side (as in the picture below). I went in for a haircut and received a genuinely poor result. Only half of my hair was properly misted/sprayed before cutting, so when my hair dried after the appointment, there was a noticeable difference in length on either side (as in the picture below). I’m going to have to get yet another haircut somewhere else to make everything even.

Horrible haircut!! I have no idea how this girl got a license to cut hair!! I’d like my money back!! I can’t even give her one star!! She basically also insulted me by saying that they’re not trained to cut hair the old way because it’s aged out!!
