So this was my very first time stepping out of my comfort zone. After having the same hair stylist for all 29 years of my life I finally decided to go to a salon. Kayla was my stylist and I wasn’t really sure what to do with my hair I just wanted something new. There was another stylist there that was SUPER helpful. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueKayla was unprofessional, over charged(and now won’t deal with clearing it up Ecco through email), and my hair is a wreck! My employer even commented how terrible my hair looks and told me to have it fixed for my professional image. Now I have to spend more money and damage my hair further to rectify what her incompetence caused. Never use this salon or Kayla again… buyer beware!
