Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a very satisfied customer of Heads Up Salon for almost 20 years now – I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is clean, upbeat, follows COVID safety protocols and is located in such a convenient spot. The staff are very professional, caring and skilled. Susan is my hair stylist, and I can’t say enough good about her and her talents. She is so friendly, efficient, listens to my requests and consistently does great work. I get lots of compliments on my hair and I owe it all to Susan / Heads Up Salon! I have recommended Heads Up Salon to everyone and now my husband, mother and children go there as well. So happy to have such a good salon be a part of our Upper Merion community. I have been a very satisfied customer of Heads Up Salon for almost 20 years now – I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is clean, upbeat, follows COVID safety protocols and is located in such a convenient spot. The staff are very professional, caring and skilled. Susan is my hair stylist, and I can’t say enough good about her and her talents. She is so friendly, efficient, listens to my requests and consistently does great work. Heads Up Salon is the only place I will get my hair cut ever since I started going about a year or 2 ago. Diane always listens to exactly what I want, and it always turns out perfect. I used to hate getting my hair cut because it never ended up looking how I wanted, but Diane always gets it right. The salon is very clean and inviting. Everyone’s always friendly, and they have great relationships with their clients.

Diane is kind, patient, and most importantly, a great hairdresser. I had a pixie cut for many years and would not trust anyone else to cut it! Now that I’m growing it out, I decided to go from dark brown to teal, which I knew would be a big job. Diane bleached my hair in a way that kept it very healthy, and I ended up with a color I LOVED. I have been going to Heads Up Salon for basically my entire life, and if possible I’ll never go anywhere else! Diane is kind, patient, and most importantly, a great hairdresser. I had a pixie cut for many years and would not trust anyone else to cut it! Now that I’m growing it out, I decided to go from dark brown to teal, which I knew would be a big job. I just recently moved to the area and was in need of a hair cut since my last one was about 7 months ago. I did the basic Google search and reviewed a lot of local shops, ultimately deciding on Heads Up for the positive reviews and the close proximity to my home. The salon is clean, organized, and right on time with my appointment. Ms. Susan is easy to converse with and offers good feedback about what would work for the hair. She did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I’m sure I’ll be back again for my next cut.

Diane takes the time to listen to you as the client, shows color samples, gives solid beauty advice, all while being professional, as well as friendly, talkative, and engaging. I never have an issue with my appointment time, the salon is clean, and is practicing all recommended CDC guidelines, and when I leave, I am happy with the above and beyond service I have received, not to mention the final product, a great haircut and color, and eyebrow waxing.
