Service here is great! You will be warmly greeted and accommodated. I have seen very caring and complementary acts from the staff. Helping elderly patrons to a waiting car, hugs upon leaving, and of course kind words. Walk ins are welcome. If you schedule an appointment and you have never been here, no worries you will receive a quality style from any stylist. I have had cuts from 5 different stylists with positive results as well as from my regular stylist.

I highly recommend this salon. I’ve been going for years and have never been disappointed by my personal stylist or any of the staff. When I want to change my color, or my cut, I always know I can trust that I’m in good hands. My daughter, who moved to Baltimore, drives up to have her hair done at Heads Up Salon because of the customer service, and the personal touch. She recently made a drastic style change with her hair, and was thrilled not only with the results, but the care that the stylist went in making sure it was exactly what she wanted. I walk into the salon and am greeted with smiles and I leave feeling like I have the best hair ever! You can’t go wrong. Trust me. I have had some really horrible experiences before, and Bill, and everyone at Heads Up has made getting my hair done a real treat!

This hair salon is super cute, but leaves much to be desired. The first time I went I had some lady do my eyebrows and she was very nice. I decided to go back to have my hair cut and was extremely disappointed. The lady that cut my hair didn’t even introduce herself, and made no conversation throughout the entire hair cut. She proceeded to mention, multiple times, how thin my hair is and that I need to cover up my big forehead.
