I was able to make an appointment last minute which was great. I wanted a blowout and a hairstyle for a wedding. The only problem is when I was making an appointment they did not tell me to wash my hair the day before, but it still worked out. I’m not sure of the name of the stylist I had, but she was very nice and honest. I liked her a lot. She did an amazing job with my hair. All the stylist are so friendly and nice. The price was good too, not too expensive.

My favorite stylist, Jennifer, has a chair here. I like the layout and the fact that the floors and mirrors are dust free. The reception staff are very friendly and the seating area is comfortable.

I went for a trim and was very pleased. When I was ready for another cut, I went back to the same girl. Well I have the worst cut ever! The left side is all chopped and not even with the other side. I look like I have a page boy cut .

Expensive for nothing! My daughter went in for a haircut she washed her hair before going and was only getting 5 inches taken off. Although the salonist was nice and worked in 20 minutes. They charged me 40$ plus a 5$ tip. This was a ridiculous amount for such a quick and easy job. When we questioned the price the lady gave us an attitude. We will not be returning. Don’t waste your money.

Been going here for years. It’s a very welcoming place with the best stylists. Everyone is friendly and you can’t go wrong with any of the stylists. I go to Debbie who is just great for color and cuts. Products used are top quality. I drive in from East LI 40 minutes or more, so what does that tell you?

Critical: ValueI came here for the first time yesterday, and everything started out great! I didn’t have to wait and was seated right away. I explained to the hairdresser how short I wanted my hair and what I wanted done (ombre). I even showed her the exact pictures of what I wanted. I already had ombre hair (just grown out), and told her I wanted the same thing, but with a different tone. She assured me that she knew what I wanted and proceeded to do a quick cut before the color process. She started doing the color process, and I noticed she was putting the bleach on parts of my hair (as if she was doing highlights) and not the whole bottom. I’m not a hairdresser, so I figured she knew what she was doing. After she finished all of my hair and had me waiting for the bleach to develop, I told her that I wanted the whole bottom of my hair to be blonde (like a traditional ombre look), and she assured me that she did it more of a balayage ombre so it will blend more and look more natural. I said, OK, and let my hair finish. After getting it washed, she cut and styled it. This is where my experience was not good. The cut was ok, but it turned out uneven, and my color was wrong. It is a balayage look, which I DID NOT want. It looks fine, if I requested this look, but I didn’t. It just looks like I have a bunch of grown out highlights. The worst thing is that I doubt there is a way to even to fix it without damaging/overprocessing my hair. Like I said, it is fine if I asked for this, but with how much money I spent on it, the more and more I see it, the more and more I’m reminded of how unhappy I am with it.I came here for the first time yesterday, and everything started out great!
