Critical: QualityNot one to complain, especially considering I’m in a field where it’s similar work.My son went in for a buzz cut. They took his hairline so short that when he came home and I seen it, I was devastated, literally put me in tears . Over a HAIRCUT. That’s how terrible it was. Should send the kid back to barber school. He clearly has no clue what he’s doing. & the fact that they still charged is beyond me. Especially considering him & the entire staff knew he messed up. Never ever coming back & wont ever recommend . Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality2/14/2020 – Had my worst barbershop experience ever here. I walked in to an almost empty shop around 1pm and there was only one person ahead of me. The barber finishes who he was cutting at the time and someone who came in right before he finished was allowed to get a haircut before me and the other person who had been already waiting. After that, I decide to wait for a different barber only to watch him too finish his cut, and then give a haircut to his friend who came in not even 2 minutes before he finished. The whole time me and the guy ahead of me are still waiting. I waited until around 3pm when the barber finally finished the guy ahead of me only to have him put on his coat and walk outside as if I had not been waiting hours. I got up and left at that point and will not be returning ever, most of my friends go here and we decided to not return again to avoid being disrespected.
