Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality1:00 appointment. Walked in few minutes prior. After about 10 minutes the front hairdresser asked who my appt was with. I advised Gayla and was told she was blowdrying someone. At 1:30 no one else acknowledged that I was there. Left at 1:30.

Gayla is so great. I have very thick curly hair and not a lot of people have experience with such coarse hair. Let me tell you I would not let anyone else touch my hair let alone style it but Gayla always does a great job!!!!

Karen is awesome. I am very particular about my hair color. I described what I wanted and she came up with exactly that. Not a day goes by that I don’t get at least one complement on my hair. Their new facility is very nice as well as convenient.

Terrible service. Didn’t even get my hair cut. I walked in and was looked at like I was from another planet. I was then told to have a seat with not even a greeting, just a “what do you need?” I then sat and waited for quite a while, the lady finished cutting a little girl’s hair she was working on when I got there, and I never got called back. Another lady walked in and was immediately called back. I stood up twice to see if there were other available stylists and nobody ever spoke to me to say we’ll be right with you or even a simple oh I forgot you were waiting, even as I walked out. Hmm. Judging by the other reviews, and seeing that the only other people who got bad service were Hispanic, and I’m Hispanic, it’s not hard to put 2 and 2 together and figure out these people are racist and don’t want our business. Fine with me. The only reason I went there was because my hairdresser wasn’t available today. I’ll wait to go to her tomorrow. Glad I didn’t contribute to the revenue of this business.

Normally I don’t write reviews unless I have received extremely poor service and let me say this: After reading some negative reviews on here I decided to pop in one day and see how I was treated. Karen was the first one to welcome me into the salon and ask me how she could help me. I said well, I called and made an appt with you on Wednesday and wanted to make sure I was spending my money at a salon that was nice to me LOL! Needless to say I have found my new home and have a return appt on Friday….THANK YOU KAREN for doing an excellent job!!!
