My experience from the beginning was so welcoming! Even though I waited until the last minute to call local salons to schedule an appt, many weren’t open or not taking anymore appts at that time, Headquarters kindly fit me in. Jana was my stylist and I can’t express how kind & patient she was!! I’ve had a history of root issues during coloring, and when my root issue reoccurred during my visit, even though it was already 90 minutes past the end of her shift, she continued to work on my coloring until it was perfect! Thank you Jana for a wonderful experience!

My first and last time going!!!! She messed up my hair. I was supposed to be going out with my friends that night and her response was “ well maybe it wasn’t meant for you to go out tonight” I can not make this up!! She had no empathy at all and still wanted me to pay full price even though she not only didn’t give me what I asked for but my hair was ruined…THREE different colors!!! She even stopped doing my hair and I had to go to another lady so she could get to her other client……

I’d never ever change salons!!! One absolutely amazing thing about this place is that no matter who you get the service is outstanding!!! I love everyone here and thee famous “most amazing head massage ever” if you even just get shampooed and styled, omg! Also, when I see the same employees there for more yrs than I can count it says alot even w/the transition from one owner to the next, Alice Jones had it most of her life and did my hair until her health had severe complications. I love her to death and highly recommend her, Jackie Jones or anyone else. They accept walk-ins, offer pedicures, nail services etc and it’s beautiful inside!!!! Price point is spot on and I’d again never go anywhere else, I’m 52 w/waist length hair.♡♡♡☆☆☆☆☆

Very unhappy with cut. Told her just a trim as liked my style and wanted to be able to put it up during summer heat. Even showed her a picture of myself with the cut. She cut more off than asked for, layered too much and choppy. Cut bangs too short and now hanging in my face. And hair damaged ftom whatever hair dye and highlighter used and now dry. Was healthy before that.
