I called the business, and Mr. D informed me that the barbers were booked, so I may have to wait 20 minutes. When I came to the shop, Mr. D introduced me to Ms. Fallon. Ms. Fallon has a happy & friendly spirit. After she cut my ends and shaped my afro, she asked me if I wanted her to braid my afro in 2 braids. The 2 braids are beautiful. I thanked her for going over & beyond what I had came in to get. Head Quarters Barber & Salon gave me Great customer service from when I called to get an appt all the way until I had gotten my services done

The crew is cool— a necessity in a barbershop. Have had haircuts by DeGarret and Mike, both really nice, quick, clean cuts.There’s a salon as well in the facility. The atmosphere is chill, but inviting. The decór is nice and modern, and I’d recommend people to get serviced here!

This was only my second time using Headquarters, and I have to say that both visits were by far the best hair cut I have ever had. Some barber shops seem like they want to get you out of the chair as fast as possible. With Headquarters, they take pride in the work they do and they pay attention to the details. The atmosphere is open and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. A big thank you to Anthony for the his professionalism.
