Very disappointed is understatement. I’ve been bringing my son here for several years now and just got a haircut by a new guy (new to us) and it is absolutely horrible. My son was crying all the way home! I showed the guy the picture of what my son wanted and asked him not to touch the length, but shape it if needs to. He chopped half of his hair off, gave him hard lines that I didn’t ask for and that are not in the picture, one side is shorter because of the hard line now. And forget about the friendliness, don’t even know the guys name (he is covered in tattoos), didn’t even bother to ask my son how he was or anything like that. He was more irritated that my son didn’t hold his head at the angle he wanted him to. Overall horrible experience

Been coming here for about two years now , I’ve had a hair cut from about 3 diffrent barbers here and everytime not only do I get the cut I asked for , the professional work and skill of the barber really shows in the hair cut. , 5 stars for top notch service and atmosphere.

My first time at this shop. Was not sure what to expect but I have seen my coworkers fade and it looked nice, so I thought I give it a try. I let Inky cut my hair. I have to tell you that I will never return. My edge up was crooked, beard was square on one side and round on other and so uneven. I also had a mustache that was in need of trimming evenly. A gap on both sides of my head. Sorry gentlemen but I will not be returning. I literally had to go home and shave my own hair to try and hide the gaps in my head and fixed my beard. I was nice enough to leave him a tip even after this. I was late to work because of it. This cut was a waste of my time and money. He also seemed to have an attitude. One of my coworkers recommended this place to me however I did not know who to ask for or who to make an appointment with. It was my fault for not asking but I believe he said that his name was Rob and that he is a great Barber. So don’t let this review effect or obscure your decision with Headquarters. It just all depends on who is cutting your hair.

First time I went, Matt did a great a job one of my favorite haircuts I’ve ever gotten. The second time I went I had a younger individual cut my hair all I asked for was a trimmed up comb over instead he went to town buzzing everything off the sides and back as well as cutting off more than I asked to have taken off the top. Eventually turning into me just getting the rest buzzed off, I have never had to have my head shaved because of a bad haircut until today.
